PREMIUM DELIVERY : 1 - 2 working days for delivery. (from date of dispatch) 

LOCAL DELIVERY (NG10):FREE standard delivery: 1-4 working days


We aim to dispatch all goods received before 14.30pm on the same day. All orders received after 14.30pm are dispatched the next working day provided that they are in stock. 
Orders placed during promotions or sales may take a little longer due to higher volumes of orders. Please allow a few extra days for your order to arrive. 
Excludes Northern Ireland and some remote areas.
If by mistake your address details are entered incorrectly and shipped, please be aware that we will charge shipping again to resend your order. Where the item has been sent free delivery a £2.99 shipping charge will apply to send it again.
Please notify us if your parcel does not arrive within 7-10 days. If we are not notified it could result in the parcel being returned. The original postage cost can not be refunded and the same postage costs will apply to re-deliver the items so it is advised to keep a close eye.
Please be sure to provide a valid mailing address and local telephone number for the recipient. Unfortunately, we can not be held responsible for items which do not reach the recipient due to incorrect details. If your item does not arrive within 14 days we will issue a replacement or refund depending on stock availability.

RETURNS & REFUNDS




We want you to be pleased with your purchase from Frankie's Toybox but understand when buying online, the product might not have turn out how you imagined so don't worry if you change your mind! 
If an item is returned to us and shows any signs of being played with then we reserve the right not to accept the goods, the item(s) will be returned back to you and no refund issued. The manufacturer's packaging is considered part of the product - please do not damage or deface branded boxes/packaging.
For refunds, we will refund the original method of payment within 28 working days. Delivery charges are not refunded unless the item is faulty. You will be responsible for the cost of sending the goods back to us unless the item is faulty or is returned due to our mistake.
We do not accept refunds for personalised products, unless we (frankiestoybox) have made a mistake.
​Unfortunately we do not offer exchange of item(s), if you would like to exchange an items(s) you will have to follow returns procedure and then re-order your new item.​
Original and return postage is non-refundable.
Contact us by email at frankiestoybox@aol.co.uk to notify us about your refund/return request first, then include a copy of your packing slip or a note with your name, order number and phone number in the packaging so we can identify where it has come from and contact you if necessary. 
Return your items within 10 days of receipt, or 7 days for sale/discounted items. ​
We recommend that you use insured registered delivery and retain your receipt as proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
